We do not collect payment information directly. Payments are handled by third-party processors. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. All enquiries are completed by a parent or guardian on behalf of their child.

• Resend: handles delivery of contact form submissions to our inbox. Your form data is transmitted through Resend's servers.
• Calendly: used for booking discovery calls. If you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email, and scheduling preferences under their own privacy policy.
• Vercel: hosts this website. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) may be collected by Vercel as part of normal web hosting operations.

How long we keep your data

We retain enquiry information for as long as necessary to respond to and manage your request. If you become a client, we retain relevant records for the duration of the tutoring relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards for administrative purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
